A team link is one shirt. Sizes are still S through 3XL.
The chart is a general unisex guide. When in doubt between two sizes, most people prefer the larger one.

Our shirts run unisex. For a women's-style fit, size down from your usual women's size. For a looser fit, order your usual size.
