The “Love It or We Reprint It” Promise
Here’s the thing about t-shirts: you can picture every detail of your perfect shirt in your mind. The exact shade of pink on the back. The way the line-art sketch looks against a soft heather gray. But fabric has a habit of being fabric—until you hold it, until you try it on, until you realize that shade of pink is a little more coral than what you had in mind.
We built this company so you can take a risk on the shirt you’ve been sketching on napkins and describing to nobody in particular for a few years now. And here’s our promise to you.
What We Promise
If the printed shirt you receive is defective, misprinted, or materially different from the design mockup you approved, we will reprint it for you — completely free. No return shipping required. You don’t need to mail us anything broken. Just snap a photo of the issue and send it our way.
That is not aspirational. That is our policy. Write to amy@appleblossomapparel.com, include your order number and a photo, and we will respond within 24 hours and handle the rest.
What’s Covered
- Defective items. A shirt that falls apart after one wash, a seam that never held, anything that fails to meet normal quality standards.
- Misprinted items. The colors are wrong. The artwork came out garbled. The text on the front is a word you did not write.
- Materially different from your approved preview. The design you approved looks nothing like the shirt that arrives.
What’s Not Covered
- Wrong size ordered by mistake.We know you clicked the button. Sometimes fingers go faster than brains. If the size isn’t right, we’ll do a one-time replacement at half price as a goodwill gesture — just email us and say so.
- Buyer’s remorse about your own design choice. If you simply no longer like the image you picked, we’ll print a new design for you at the regular price (at which point our defective-item guarantee kicks in, so at least the second one is risk-free).
