Welcome to Apple Blossom Design Lab. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Apple Blossom Design Lab provides an AI-powered design wizard that helps you create custom t-shirt graphics. We partner with Printify to manufacture and ship your designs on demand. We are a design platform and print-on-demand reseller — we do not maintain inventory.

2. Accounts & Registration

You do not need an account to use the design wizard. A session ID is created anonymously to track your design choices. If you place an order, you will be asked to provide contact and shipping information necessary for fulfillment.

3. AI-Generated Content

• Results May Vary: AI image generation is inherently variable. We strive for high-quality results but cannot guarantee that every generated design will perfectly match your expectations. We offer multiple variants per generation and a refine/edit feature to help you iterate.
• No Guarantee of Uniqueness: Because AI models generate content based on trained patterns, it is possible that similar designs may be generated for different users. We do not claim exclusivity of any AI-generated output.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing the final design before ordering. We recommend verifying that designs do not contain unintended elements (e.g., stray text, unwanted artifacts).

4. Intellectual Property

• Your Inputs: You retain all rights to the text descriptions, images, and creative direction you provide. You grant us a limited license to process these inputs solely for the purpose of generating your designs and fulfilling your orders.
• Generated Designs: You may use the generated designs for personal and commercial purposes, including selling shirts featuring the designs. We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated outputs.
• Our Platform: The Apple Blossom Design Lab name, logo, website code, and brand assets are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not use our service to create designs that:

• Infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property
• Contain hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes violence
• Depict illegal activities or controlled substances
• Contain pornography or sexually explicit material
• Impersonate individuals or organizations
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate these policies, without refund.

6. Orders & Payment

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. Listed shirt prices include standard US shipping. Applicable sales tax may still be collected at checkout. The price shown at checkout is what you pay.
• Payment: Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments (Stripe). We do not store your payment card details.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Production typically begins within 24 hours.
• Fulfillment: Orders are printed and shipped by Printify. Estimated delivery times vary by location and are not guaranteed.

7. Shipping

Shirt prices include standard US shipping to the United States. Expedited options, if offered at checkout, and shipments outside the US may carry extra cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability

Apple Blossom Design Lab provides its service “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to design quality, order delays, or shirt fit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apple Blossom Design Lab, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
