- Design Inputs: The text descriptions, uploaded images, style preferences, and other creative inputs you provide through our design wizard. These are used solely to generate your custom designs and are not shared with third parties for marketing.
- Communications: Any messages you send us via our chatbot or contact channels.

- Usage Data: Pages visited, design choices made, time spent on the wizard — used to improve our service.
- Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your session through the design wizard. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Generate your custom t-shirt designs using AI (FAL.ai)
- Process and fulfill your orders through Printify and Shopify
- Communicate with you about your orders and our service
- Improve our design generation algorithms (anonymized data only)

3. Third-Party Services We Use
To deliver our service, we share necessary data with these providers:

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill your orders and comply with legal obligations (typically 2 years after your last interaction). Design inputs and generated images are retained for 30 days to allow you to re-order or modify designs, after which they may be deleted from our servers.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Port your data to another service
- Withdraw consent at any time
